Does it feel like you are constantly in a struggle?
If you’re here, you may feel like you’re not quite sure what to do. Perhaps you’ve tried to make changes but find that no matter what you try, your situation is not getting better. Maybe you’re feeling alone or like you have to navigate your relationship struggles alone. Navigating struggles in a relationship is not easy. Asking for help is the first major step you can take towards a brighter future. Let’s walk the path toward healing your relationship together.
Relationship struggles are exhausting
Many relationships experience struggles with communication, trust, boundaries and many other matters. Many relationships get stuck in cycles that can repeat themselves over and over again and lead toward escalation. Changing these cycles can be difficult to manage alone. Get help from someone who has experience and specialized training in healing and enhancing relationships.
Hi, I’m Patricia. I believe all couples and families are capable of building a stronger connection.
I take a positive and optimistic approach in my view of relationships. I use an attachment-based perspective in my work with clients. The primary foundation for my clinical work in couples therapy is the Gottman Method. I also utilize Emotion Focused Therapy. I work to help you change conflict and relationship struggles and increase connection, making a major improvement in your relationship. I am bilingual and offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
Here’s how I help
-
Couples Therapy
I help couples move beyond struggle and into a closer, more enhanced relationship.
-
Family Therapy
I work with families of all types and backgrounds who find themselves stuck in patterns that are not working for them.
-
Individual Therapy
I work with teens and adults in individual therapy. In addition, sometimes family or couples therapy is not the first step, which makes this the best starting point.
